Project Estimates
The estimated costs for a project are based on our understanding of your needs and the agreed timeline. Any modifications, including minor improvements, may lead to additional charges. During in-person meetings, kindly confirm and outline your requirements in detail.
Acceptance of Quotation
Accepting a quotation shows your agreement with The Required Solutions’ policies and terms. This acknowledgment can be given verbally, via email through admin@therequiredsolutions.com, through payment of the initial fee, or by signing the quote.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must confirm that all necessary details are included and that we fully understand their expectations. Clear instructions and additional conditions should be provided. If these details are not shared on time, we will proceed based on our understanding, and significant discrepancies later may lead to additional costs.
Project Scope
Any complicated elements related to the project should be specified in advance and included in the proposal. The Required Solutions will not be responsible for setbacks caused by changes to the agreed project scope.
Content Submission
All necessary content and materials must be submitted within the first two weeks of the project. Delays in providing required items may extend the project timeline and could result in additional charges.
Browser & Device Testing
Our websites are tested on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. iPhones and iPads are used for responsiveness testing. If additional devices or browsers are required, kindly notify us in advance.
Hosting & Server Responsibility
If your website is hosted outside The Required Solutions server, any extra time required due to hosting or network-related issues is not included in the quotation and may be billed separately.
Inactive Projects
Projects inactive for more than two months may incur an administrative fee of $99.00 per week. Previously agreed estimates may also be revised if delays significantly impact the workflow.
Third-Party Services
Costs related to SSL certificates, payment gateways, Google Ads, plugin licenses, and other third-party services are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
Open Source Platforms
We do not take responsibility for open-source platforms such as WordPress or shopping carts. Clients are responsible for maintaining and updating third-party software regularly.
Ownership Rights
After full payment, clients receive unrestricted rights to use visual designs, written content, and images. Development-related intellectual property such as coding and scripts remains with The Required Solutions.
Communication
All communication and updates will be conducted via email. Clients must ensure we have their current email addresses for correspondence. For official communication, contact us at admin@therequiredsolutions.com .
